Tirana’s Center for Openness and Dialogue

Tirana’s Center for Openness and Dialogue

This is where our Human Rights Youth Forum is taking place in Tirana. It’s a Center for Openness and Dialogue (COD), located in the entrance hall of the Albanian Prime Minister’s offices. COD was opened in July 2015 aiming to make public institution’s records available  and open to citizens – as well as to art and research institutions – throughout the country and beyond. It strives to provide a place for dialogue and understanding that transcends any tension, contradiction or disagreement that is traditionally and historically shown in the main boulevard of the Albanian capital.
