EOC is a national member of European Youth Card Association (EYCA), with members in 38 European countries. Our aim is to develop the European Youth Card as a youth policy tool through different programs leading to successful social inclusion of young people. EOC is one of the top five organizations from the EYCA network in Europe, which is working under the auspices of Council of Europe.

At the national level, the Ministry of Youth and Sports has recognized the importance of the European Youth Card from the start and provided strong support that is reflected in the signing of the Protocol on Cooperation in April 2011. EOC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of the Republic of Serbia in March 2014, as an organization of national importance for promoting European integration process among young people in Serbia, which is special recognition of our work with young people. In addition, European Youth Card is recognized as youth policy tool through National Youth Strategy 2015-2025, which gives us strategic base for further operations.

EOC operates in three strategic directions: 1) employability and financial literacy of young people, 2) youth and environmental protection, and 3) information and mobility of young people.

EOC seeks partners that will give additional boost to youth-related services in the region, focused on:
1. The entrepreneurial activities and employability among young people;
2. Environmental awareness and involvement of youth and youth organizations;
3. Mobility and the level of information among youth, leading to their increased participation and activity in all levels.
